We know buying a new product can sometimes be scary. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial.
As a first-time customer only, you may try one Lilova underwear for 30-days risk-free. If you and your Lilova are not meant to be, we will happily refund you the cost of your Lilova (minus the cost of shipping). We’ll just need you to give us the reason why you weren't convinced by your Lilova before processing your refund. (This will help us offer our customers an always-better product).
The 30-day risk-free trial applies to one worn garment only. No further refunds, credits or exchanges can be given on any additional worn underwear.
But does it mean I have to place my first order with only one Lilova?
No! You can buy more than one Lilova on your first order (the more you buy, the more discount you have), and if you are not happy with how Lilova works, you can return all unworn garments in original packaging, with hygiene sticker intact, clearly unused and odor-free for a full refund (minus the shipping cost). We offer a pre-paid return label for domestic orders.
To ask for a refund during your 30-day risk-free trial, just send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the reason why you didn't like your Lilova.
Returns are made easy!
Need a new size? Not 100% convinced by your Lilova? You may return within 30 days of purchase all unworn garments in original packaging, with hygiene sticker intact, clearly unused and odor-free. All orders are eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
There is NO restocking fee or charge to return your product, and we refund you 100%.
Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and you'll receive step-by-step instructions within 24 hours. You'll have 30 days from the date of purchase to ship your order back to us.
Return shipping is on us! Please reach out to email@example.com to process any returns or exchanges. We will send you a pre-paid label to return your package back to us.
Once we receive back your order, please allow 5-10 business days to process the refund/credit note/exchange. The refund will be paid back to the payment method that you used to purchase the order.
For International returns and exchanges, we do not cover the cost of the return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You'll have to pay postage.
We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for a missing parcel.
