We know buying a new product can sometimes be scary. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial.
As a first-time customer only, you may try one Lilova underwear for 30-day risk-free. If you and your Lilova are not meant to be, we will happily refund you the cost of your Lilova (minus the cost of shipping). We’ll just need you to give us the reason why you weren't convinced by your Lilova before processing your refund. (This will help us always improve our products to offer only the best to our customers).
To ask for a refund on your first pair as a new customer during your 30-day risk-free trial, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason why you didn't like your Lilova.
The 30-day risk-free trial applies to one worn garment only.
But does it mean I have to place my first order with only one Lilova?
No! You can buy more than one Lilova on your first order, and if you are not happy with how Lilova works, you can return all other unworn garments in original packaging, with hygiene sticker intact, clearly unused and odor-free for a refund (minus any shipping cost and a $7.95 handling fee). We offer a pre-paid return label for domestic orders.

Need a new size? Not 100% convinced by your Lilova? You may return within 30 days of delivery all unworn garments in original cloth pouch, with hygienic sticker intact, clearly unused and odor-free.
All orders are eligible for refunds, credit stores or exchanges.
Please note there will be a $8.95 handling fee applied for refunds. This fee will not apply to exchanges or store credit.
You'll have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to send your return package back to us.
Return shipping is on us! A FREE pre-paid label will be sent to you once you request your return online.
For International returns and exchanges, we do not cover the cost of the return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You'll have to pay postage.
We suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for a missing parcel.
