Best period undies I've tried so far and LOVE that they're made of organic cotton, not synthetic fabrics. I initially bought one pair a few years ago to try them out. I loved the feel of these compared to the disposable cotton pads I was using, so I bought three more (definitely size up from your normal panty size). The sizing was way off––one pair was distinctly smaller than the others. Lilova customer service was great and sent me to replacement panties at no extra charge. I've been using them ever since, but primarily at night. I've only had one leak, and that happened a month ago while wearing them during the day during a long road trip. They stay dry and don't "stick" to you like pads.
Having used these panties for a couple years now, I do recognize some things that could be improved or changed. First, it would be great if they would offer these in a color besides black. Black makes it very difficult to determine if stains have been throughly cleaned; also, some women need/want to track the color of discharge, and the black fabric makes these things very difficult. I've suggested this to Lilova at least once in the past and it can be a dealbreaker for some people. Second, make sure the sizing is consistent. Lilova CS has been great when it comes to addressing this, but it can still be a pain to deal with and have to wait for replacements. Lastly, the leg openings can be tight and binding around the legs, even when wearing the correct size. Perhaps replacing this with some type of stretchier, elastic material might be more comfortable?
All in all, these are great period underwear that have treated me well. I hope that Lilova take this advice into account to make my favorite panties even better!
